DUES: For those that paid your dues on time, thank you for supporting your subdivision.

Late Payments: After Feb. 29th 2012 a $50 late fee plus interst is added. The association will initiate a lien against the owner's propety if payment is not received by March 30, 2012

Dues were set for $250 per household for 2012.
